Terms and Conditions
Deposit
A 25% deposit must be sent with the booking form. The remaining balance
is to be paid 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. If booking less
than 6 weeks before the start of the holiday, the whole fee is payable
upon booking. We will hold your reservation for 1 week. If we have not
received your completed booking form with the 25% deposit by the end
of the week, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
Cancellation
With more than 6 weeks notice, you will only forfeit your deposit. In
the unfortunate event of cancellation less than 6 weeks before your
holiday commences, the remaining balance is payable unless we are able
to re-let the apartment.
Arrival and Departure Times
Holidays for Loveday and Lamorna will commence on a Friday and on a
Saturday for Rosenwyn and Morwenna. Please double check which day you
are due to arrive. Your holiday begins at 3pm on the day of arrival
and terminates at 10am on the day of departure.
Liability
Loe Bar Holidays will not be held liable for any accident, damage, loss,
expense, injury or inconvenience whether to person or property which
the person responsible for booking or any other person may suffer or
sustain arising out of or in connection with the holiday.
English Law
The booking conditions are governed by English law and, as such, are
subject to the jurisdiction of the English Judicial System
Short or Extended Breaks
We are willing to discuss any length holidays out of peak season. Breaks
from 3 days (minimum) will be charged per night at 20% of that week’s
total cost.
Tenant Obligations
To pay for any losses or damage to the property
To allow Loe Bar Holidays reasonable access to the property.
To keep all furniture, fittings and effects, in or on the property,
in the same condition as they were at the start of the holiday and leave
the apartment clean and tidy upon departure.
Not to exceed 6 persons per apartment unless previously agreed in writing.
